SHIPPING
We send all our products via Royal Mail and you will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
UK, Ireland & Europe
We offer delivery to the UK at £2.55 and to Europe at a flat rate of £4.75.
Please note Austin & Monkey does not accept any responsibility for any additional taxes, customs or duties incurred when shipping outside of the UK. From the 1st July 2021 European customers will be responsible for their own importation taxes.

Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, offer a refund or exchange. However we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a problem with your order, or if it arrived damaged please contact us straight away and we be more than happy to help.
